Acupressure Meridians
Using an open hand, palm facing the body, slowly trace these Acupressure Meridians from their beginning point to their ending point.
Lung Meridian - Yin Begins at the chest up the anterior side of the arm Ends thumb nail
Large Intestine Meridian - Yang Begins index finger down back of arm, up side of neck into the face Ends lateral to the opposite nostril
Stomach Meridian - Yang Begins on the cheek bone under the eyes around the eyes, down the face, throat, chest, abdomen, front of legs Ends second toe
Spleen Meridian - Yin Begins medial side of big toe up the inside of the legs and thighs, through the abdomen, chest Ends lateral rib cage
Heart Meridian - Yin Begins under arm area up the anterior arm Ends little finger
Small Intestine Meridian - Yang Begins little finger down posterior arm, zig-zag through scapula, neck, face Ends temporomandibular joint, in front of the ear
Urinary Bladder Meridian - Yang Begins medial to the eye, on nasal and frontal bones over the back of the head, down the neck, back, sacrum, gluteals, down back of leg, calf Ends little toe
Kidney Meridian - Yin Begins bottom of foot through medial arch, up medial leg and thigh, abs, rig cage Ends upper chest, just inferior to the clavicle and lateral to the sternum
Pericardium Meridian - Yin Begins lateral to the nipple up anterior arm into the palm of the hand Ends middle finger
Triple Warmer Meridian - Yang Begins ring finger down posterior arm, shoulder, neck, around the back of the ear Ends lateral to the eye at the temple
Gall Bladder Meridian - Yang Begins lateral to the eye at the temple traces through cranial bones, then down side of neck, across top of shoulder, down the side of the body and legs Ends forth toe
Liver Meridian - Yin Begins lateral side of big toe up medial leg and thigh, through the abdomen Ends rig cage, just under the breast or pectoralis major muscles
Conception Vessel Meridian - Major Yin Begins between the anus and perinium up the front and center of the body, through the sternum, throat Ends base of the tongue
Governing Vessel Meridian - Major Yang Begins base of sacrum up the vertebral column, spine, around the back and top of the head, into the face Ends roof of the mouth
Liver and Gall Bladder Meridians Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Angelica, Carrot Seed, Dill, Coriander, Spruce, Sandalwood, Pine, Geranium and Fennel
