Using Cho-Ku-Rei Reiki Symbol

Have the client in the face-up, supine position

1. using the Reiki symbol to the right, visualize and repeat in your mind Cho-Ku-Rei when using the following techniques

2. for one minute, connect with the client by placing your hands on the legs, ankles or feet

3. energize Chakra's and hips by placing your relaxed hands on the outside of the pelvis and hips

4. Heart Chakra Release by sliding one hand under the neck at C7, the other placed gently on the upper chest and clavicle region

5. Head Reiki Massage by softly placing your relaxed hands and fingers on the head

Have the client in the face-down, prone position

1. using all reiki symbols, or just the one to the right, visualize and repeat in your mind Cho-Ku-Rei when using the following techniques

2. Cranial Sacral Therapy by placing one hand on the sacrum and one hand gently placed on the back of the head, occiput bone. Have a sense of the hands connect via the spinal column and spinal cord

3. Joint Release by placing your hands on the back of the shoulders for one minute. Repeat this hand placement on all the joints: elbow, wrist, hand, hips, knees and ankles
