Together, the dural tube and the fascia create a strong, continuous wrapping and layering of the body systems. And, the Cranial Sacral Rhythm is vibrated throughout it. This rhythm can be felt by the trained Cranial Sacral Therapist. You!

The continual movement, ebb and flow of the cerebral spinal fluid, up and down the spinal column, in, out and around of the brain, creates a wave. Pressure caused by this cerebral spinal fluid wave is vibrated throughout the body, through the fascia and the lymphatic system, going to every cell.

When physical trauma and emotional drama collide in the body - the fascia, it dampens the wave and puts an energetic drag on all your systems, heading toward health challenges.
